 Orders & Shipping

    • We are unable to change your address, add or remove products or make changes to shipment once your order has been placed

    • You cannot cancel your order after it has been placed.

    • All sales on products are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been sent out. If your order arrives and is incorrect or missing products email info@themissinglink-salon.com

    • Orders received can take 2-3 business days to be processed.

    • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be placed on the upcoming business day (Monday or Tuesday)

    • Shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been dropped off. Your order status will begin tracking once it is scanned by the shipping carrier.

    • Standard shipping is UPS Ground 1-5 days

    • Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on Monday’s

    • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • If your package is not received we will reach out to the shipping carrier to confirm if your shipping details were incorrect.

    The Missing Link LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • If your order arrives and is wrong, incomplete or damaged we want to get a replacement of that product to you ASAP.

    If your order arrives and is wrong, incomplete or damaged send an email with your order number, a photo of the issue and description of what happened with your order to info@themissinglink-salon.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
