All appointment information will be included in your confirmation and reminder emails. Please be sure to place an email on file that you use frequently.
For all appointment types there is a nonrefundable a 50% booking fee.
All payments to TML are non-refundable.
Appointment reschedule and cancellations
TML has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hour notice your card on file will be charged a $50 late fee, your late fee and your original booking fee cannot be used as a credit towards a new appointment if you cancel instead of reschedule.
In the event you need to reschedule for any reason it must be within 2 weeks of your original appointment.
If my availability does not allow for you to reschedule your appointment will be canceled and booking fee will not be refunded.

I know that sometimes things outside of our control can happen. If you happen to be running more than a few minutes late please reach out to me! (312) 583-7007 via text or phone call.
Social media is not a form of contact if you are running late the day of your appointment.
In order to keep a timely schedule to accommodate every guest service time I ask that you are mindful of being on time to your appointment.
TML has a strict late arrival policy.
If you are running more 10 minutes late and reached out to notify TML of your tardiness your appointment may be rescheduled (dependent on availability)
*In the event my schedule cannot accommodate a reschedule your appointment will be cancelled, booking fee will be lost and late cancellation fee will still be applied.
TML has a strict "no-call no-show" policy.
If you have not reached out to TML via text, phone call or email in regards to arriving late, rescheduling or canceling and you have not arrived to your appointment by 15 minutes after your appointment start time you will be charged 100% of the service total.
Clients marked as no call, no show cannot book appointments in the future.
Social media is not a method of contact for arriving late.
*8am appointment by 8:16 am without reaching out via text, phone call or email to notify tardiness, cancellation, or reschedule or arrival to your appointment you will be marked as a no call, no show.
Due to limited time and space no extra guests should be brought to your appointment. There are some temporary covid-19 safety procedures being followed at this time. Refer to your reminder email for this information.
You are allowed 72 hours after your appointment start time to have any complimentary repairs done if you are having any unwrapping or slipping of your locs.
*If your appointment is at 8am on the 1st you have until 8am on the 3rd to have any complimentary repairs done. After 8am on the 3rd you would need to book a touch-up
This does not apply to color, size, parting, or length changes to protective style services.
I would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations of my services. I take pride in all of my guests being satisfied with how they look when they leave the salon space. Please feel free notify me of any changes you would like to make to your style before leaving the salon so we can fix them before you leave to ensure your satisfaction with your appointment experience.
