In efforts to service you best booking fees are as follows:
For protective styles, color appointments and squeeze-in appointments we kindly request a 50% booking fee.
All protective style appointment payments include a complimentary consultation.
Any other appointments must have a valid card on file.
All payments are non-refundable.
Appointment reschedule and cancellations
TML has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hour notice your card on file will be charged a $50 late fee, your late fee and original booking fee cannot be used as a credit towards a new appointment if you cancel instead of reschedule.
In the event you need to reschedule for any reason it must be within 2 weeks of your original appointment.
If my availability does not allow for you to reschedule your appointment will be canceled and booking fee will not be refunded.

TML has a strict "no-call no-show" policy. If you have not reached out to Carlisa via text, phone call or email in regards to arriving late, rescheduling or canceling your appointment by 15 minutes after your appointment start time you will be charged 100% of the service total.
*8am appointment by 8:15 am without reaching out via text, phone call or email to notify tardiness, cancellation, or reschedule your card on file will be charged 100% of the service total.

In order to keep a timely schedule to accommodate every guests service time I ask that you are mindful of being on time to your appointment. There is a strict $25 late fee if you are 15 minutes late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will need to be rescheduled at my earliest availability and the late fee will transfer to the rescheduled appointment.
*In the event our schedules cannot accommodate a reschedule your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will be lost.
All appointment information will be included in your confirmation and reminder emails. Please be sure to place an email on file that you use frequently.
Due to limited time and space no extra guests should be brought to your appointment. There are some temporary covid-19 safety procedures being followed at this time. Refer to your reminder email for this information.
You are allowed 72 hours after your appointment start time to have any complimentary repairs done if you are unhappy with your style for any reason.
This does not apply to color, size, parting, or length changes to protective style services.
